Warrington Meditation and Mindfulness Sangha

Road and sunset

If you are in the Warrington area and are interested in practicing meditation and mindfulness as a way to build happiness and manage stress, please get in touch – we will be having our first Sangha meetings in January. Meetings will include guided meditation, mindful movement, readings and sharing our practice.

Anyone is welcome to come along, with no commitment, whether you have never practiced meditation before or are an old hand. We practice in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, nourishing happiness and wellbeing through cultivating mindfulness, kindness and understanding. The practice helps us to care for our difficulties such as stress, depression and anxiety. The group is free but a small donation for room hire is suggested.

All ages are welcome. We will be meeting in Friends Meeting House (WA1 2NR).

Meetings will be on Mondays from 7pm-9pm – the Sangha will be started with a Be Calm, Be Happy Course in January (link below).

“The mind can go in a thousand directions, but on this beautiful path, I walk in peace. With each step, the wind blows. With each step, a flower blooms.”

– Thich Nhat Hanh
